So, I keep feeling like I should write in this thing in case my nonexistant readers were sitting on the edge of their seats for my next exciting post, but really, nothing all that interesting is going on in my life right now!

Hmmm, let's see...Cole is potty trained! Wooohooo, big deal for me, not so much for you. I only have two in diapers now. That's HUGE for me! lol Sera started pulling herself to standing yesterday. She's only 6 1/2 months old. She must be advanced ;) Doesn't every parent say that when their child does something that they think is exceptional, but everyone else sees is completely normal? lol Oh, she's also saying DADA and knowing who it is, which is pretty cool. She's been crawling for a few weeks now. All of these things are amazing to me because Ethan didn't crawl until he was almost a year old and didn't walk until he was over two years old, so all of this seems REALLY early to me!

Oh my goodness! Cole just ran downstairs to tell me that Sera crawled OUT of her crib! I put her to sleep in her crib for her nap this morning. I haven't moved her upstairs crib down to the lower setting yet because I had stuff underneath it and I figured I'd be back up there before she woke up, but apparently her nap was shorter than usual, so she woke up, stood up, and crawled out of her crib! Thankfully, it's right next to my bed, so she just landed on my bed. Looks like I need to get off of my lazy butt and move that stuff out from underneath it so I can lower it.

Hmmm, what else is going on? Drake is in Florida right now for work. He should be back tomorrow though. I've missed him. Sleeping alone really sucks! He should be home most of next week, then it's back off to Florida until the 21st. We leave for my mom's house for Christmas on the 23rd, so he's cutting it pretty close! That only gives me a day to get his laundry done! Hopefully I'll already have mine and the kids bags packed before he gets home so I have six less things to worry about!

Ooh, so I found this new band that I really like. Okay, so they're not exactly my cup of tea soundwise, but I LOVE their lyrics. I think my favorite right now is "Paycheck." The first part of the song goes:

Anyhow, I have to get off of this computer and actually get something done around the house. I'd like it to be in at least livable condition by the time Drake gets home! I also want to get Christmas decorations up tonight. Drake is such a scrooge that he'd complain if I did it when he was home. He can't say much since he's not here ;)
